Stephen D. Apolinsky was born in Birmingham, Alabama on December 5, 1961. He attended the University of Michigan earning his B.A. in 1983 and then proceeded to Emory Law School, earning his J.D. in 1987. 

Steve is admitted to practice law in Georgia, Alabama and the District of Columbia. He is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the State Bar of Georgia, the Atlanta Bar Association and he serves on the Board of Directors of the Dekalb County Bar Association.

Steve heads the firm's civil litigation and government relations practices. He has successfully tried over 60 cases to verdict before juries and he has recovered millions of dollars for his clients.
